Your right to cancel
As this is digital content, you normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose this right once the download starts.
If something is wrong
If the file does not open, is incomplete or is not as described, email us and we will send a working copy or refund you.

The guide is protected by copyright. Your copy is for your personal use. You may not share, resell, upload or copy it for others. Organisations can request a group licence.
